Laura Williams Chassot studied ceramic sculpture, drawing and painting at the Casa Museo Espinoza in Spain, and today creates vibrant, colorful work she calls “stroke paintings.”
An artist in every sense, Laura writes poetry and short stories when she is not painting or carving wood. Within each medium, her deeper purpose is to incite passion and to connect deeply with viewers or readers. Laura has been touched personally by friends and family members who have fought cancer and one day would like to create a performance piece with the theme: Triumph Over Cancer.
“I intend for my work to inspire viewers to discover and embrace their passion and to promote balance and harmony in their lives.”
